Stormwater Capture Parks Program

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, in partnership with the Department of Recreation and Parks and the Department of Public Works, has developed an innovatice Stormwater Capture Parks Program to collect rainwater and urban runoff at none local parks in the East San Fernando Valley.
